My weekend in Norwich

Hiya lovelies,

So I have lots to share with you today so we best get started! So I spent my weekend with my sister in Norwich where she currently goes to university, the weekend had so many ups and downs but overall I had such a lovely time!

So on Friday I had an inset day at school and so didn't have to go in so I spent the day planning my outfits and makeup for the weekend and deciding what to bring, we eventually got going at around 6.30 and finally got there at around 10pm, we stayed in the Travelodge which was awful, I absolutely despise the travel lodge! The night was rough I was essentially sleeping on a sofa it was terrible but bearable i guess. Anyway, the next morning we made our way to my sister Emily's house, she lives in a house full of girls who are all completely lovely!
My parents dropped me and Emily off in town and left us to do our thing, firstly, we went to this cute little tea shop called 'Biddy's' which was so adorable and lovely, I had Elderflower juice and a huge slice of chocolate and raspberry cake which was delicious. We then decided to go and see 'Warm Bodies' in the cinema which was, well, odd, but also very enjoyable. It had a bit of everything in it, some romance, a lot of comedy, a bit of horror and some action so I think most people would find it at least watchable.
Once the film was over we still had some time left before our parents were meant to pick us up so we went to go and look around some shops, we went to Topshop and looked at the beautiful pieces in there, i saw a lot i would've liked but I unfortunately had no money :( We also went to Zara and Emily bought this gorgeous green top in the sale, it looks fab on her! We then went to House of Fraser to have a quick look at all the makeup that i need to save up for aha, especially considering I'm yet to purchase the 'Naked' palette by Urban Decay! I'm also desperate for some Chanel lipsticks in about 8 different colours - I really need a job!

It was now time for my parents to pick us up, this is where it all went to horribly wrong, we called our parents and found out that they had broken down outside the hotel so they had no way to pick us up, that was okay i guess because we could just get the bus, which we did, then i realized how will we get back home to Hampshire?! But before i had to worry about that I had to think about the strange grumbling sounds in my stomach, so it was time for pizza!! We ordered Domino's which was delicious, we had 2 medium sized pizza's 12 dough balls and a garlic pizza, I was stuffed! We ate all this whilst watching 'Pitch Perfect' which was an amazing film.

Finally my parents got a taxi to Emily's house to come and say goodbye to her and pick me up, we went on our way and I was totally exhausted!

The next morning the tow truck came to take us back home, we spent the whole journey home in the back of this truck, it was some embarrassing!

here I am at Biddy's!!

Update on Life!

Hiya lovelies!

Hope you're all splendid today, so this is my last week until half term! I'm so exciting for half term as i have lots of plans :) Firstly, I am going to visit my sister in Norwich and have a girly weekend shopping, going out for dinner and just chilling out which of course i'm going to vlog! I haven't seen her in ages so I'm really stoked to have a little catch up :)

Secondly, I have a load of plans to catch up on some school work which is very boring but also very important, I'm going to schedule my days to fit in at least 3 hours a day of school work.

Also I am going to  make plans  for up and coming videos in my little black notebook, this will include topics, editing, scheduling and technical details. I have a few ideas already!

I'm really hoping I get a job soon as i have so much I would like to save up for, I'd love to buy some elf products as i need some new makeup and elf is so cheap and cheerful, and possibly do a haul of things I bought for you guys, I'd also like to save up for some better lighting and more advanced editing software also I'd like to purchase a small video camera in order to vlog on the go easily.

Lastly, I'd love to film a bunch of videos for you guys but am fairly stuck on ideas!! If you have any please email meat channelxchanel@gmail.com which is my email specifically created for you guys!

Review

L'Oreal Professionnel Delicate Colour Review.

L'Oreal Professionnel Delicate Colour Sulfate Free Shampoo (what a mouthful!) retails at £10 for a 250ml bottle. It's meant for delicate coloured hair and is supposed to leave the hair radiant and vibrant.
I think it definitely does it's job, it leaves the hair shiny and soft and i have nothing but good things to say about this product. I've not used a lot of 'L'Oreal Professionnel' products but from the limited products of the range I've used I would say that range is excellent and works very well with my hair type. The products seem soft and gentle and leave the hair in excellent condition.
Anyway, back to the Delicate Colour, the scent is a beautiful girly smell that really does stay in your hair and leaves your hair smelling lovely.
The only downside I would give to this product is the price, I fortunately got the product from my local salon and got 2 bottles for £10 whereas elsewhere the bottles average at £10 per bottle so check your local salons! Also there are very limited places to get this shampoo as it is not available in most pharmacies but it is available on amazon (here). Overall I'd give this product a good 8/10 so I'd highly recommend it!

Lots of Love,

Boot It Up!!

So I was browsing the Topshop website and found a few pairs of gorgeous boots so I thought I would share!

These are the ever so popular and timeless MIGHTY
Black Leather Zip Boots - £45
I love these, I love the two-tone effect and how the heel height is completely perfect, they're just so timeless and sophisticated.

SPRING Wedge Shoeboots - £85
Now I know some of you will LOVE these whereas the others will HATE them
I personally adore them, i  think their so fun and stylish and just so me :')

ARISTOTLE Chunky Tassle Boots - £98
These are a cheaper alternative to the JC- Coltrane's which we all love
so much! They have this lovely gold detail on the toe and a slight heel,
the tassle detail sort of ruins the shoe for me though, although i believe that
they're removable.

KATZ Cut Out Strap Shoes - £75
I absolutely adore these shoes, they're so beautiful I love the leather and patent look
together and the cut out sections make the shoe really fit into the trend. These are definitely on
my to buy list!

All these boots are from Topshop and can be found at www.topshop.com sorry that the majority of them
are black but i just love black shoes!!
